Penuche — Perfectly Pure

Using only a few simple, all-natural ingredients, this might be the purest fudge we make. Most fudge is made with white sugar, but the caramelized brown sugar, vanilla, and dairy in Penuche (from the Mexican Spanish word panocha, meaning raw sugar) hugs your senses with every bite.
