When did you open the Swedish candy store?

We opened the Swedish Candy store 2020 on Christmas Eve.

Are you a wholesaler of Swedish candy?

Yes, Nantasket Sweets By Swedes is a certified wholesaler by Board of Health of Massachusetts.

Are you importing Swedish candy from Sweden?

Yes, Nantasket Sweets By Swedes are certified by FDA to import Swedish candy from Sweden.

Do you make your own chocolate products?

Yes, we make most of our chocolate products in our commercial kitchen in the Candy store.

Do you wholesale chocolate products?

Yes, we wholesale Sea salt caramels, fudge, T-bites, chocolate bars and pralines.

What chocolate do you make your products from?

We make all our products with Belgian Chocolate Callebaut brand Milk and Dark and White chocolate. And we also bake with French Valrhona chocolate.

Do you have gluten free Swedish Candy?

Yes, we have gluten free candy but there is a risk for cross contamination in the candy store.

Do you have gelatin Free Swedish candy?

Yes, we have gelatin free candy.

What ingredients are used instead of gelatin in your candy?

The most common Ingredient used instead of gelatin is starch.

Is Your Swedish candy from Sweden?

Yes. Our pick-and-mix, BUBS, and licorice are imported from Sweden and Scandinavia. We are certified by the FDA to import Swedish candy. Our chocolate is handmade in our own kitchen.

What kind of Swedish chocolate products do you have?

We have Kex Chocolate, Daim and Marabou Chocolate 

What flavors of fudge do you have?

We have Chocolate fudge, Espresso fudge, Penuche Fudge, Peanut butter fudge and we have fudge with or without walnuts. We also make Holiday Fudge.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all US states. Orders over $99 ship free to 24 states (see our Shipping page for the list). Other orders ship at the rate shown at checkout.

What are your shipping options?

We ship with UPS Ground. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

What is your return policy?

We don’t accept returns. Take pictures and send them to us if anything is broken or damaged. We will replace the broken package.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.

No, we ship only inside USA. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

Yes, we can deliver to 569 Lexington Ave New York NY 10022 for pick up on special requests.

Are you doing corporate gifting?

Yes, Nantasket Sweets By Swedes offers Corporate gifting package or bags. We also print your logo outside the box or bag with candy or chocolate or both.

Are you doing favor bags for events?

Yes, we do favor bags or small boxes with candy or chocolate. You can choose theme and colors and flavors.

Can you make gift baskets?

Yes, we do a lot of gift baskets. We customize your baskets and bring suggestions for you.

Do you charge extra for wrapping services?

No, we don’t charge anything for making baskets etc. ribbons and cellophane wrapping is free. We are charging for boxes and fancy bags.

Are you donating gift baskets or gift cards for fundraising?

Yes, as often as we can. It has to be for a good reason and close to our values.

What is pick-and-mix?

It’s the Swedish tradition of filling a bag from a candy wall: sweet, sour, salty licorice, chocolate, and more. Both of our shops have a full wall, and we also sell bags online.

What is salty licorice (salmiak)?

It’s Scandinavian licorice flavored with ammonium chloride, which makes it salty and tangy. It’s a classic in Sweden. Try a few pieces in a pick-and-mix bag if you’re new to it.

What is BUBS?

BUBS is a Swedish candy brand known for foam and fruit ovals and sour skulls. Many are gelatin-free; check each product page for ingredients. We stock BUBS in both shops and online.
