Swedish Princess Cake making. This is a Swedish Candy store not a Bakery or can we be both?

Talking about having lot on the plate. In order to survive by the beach in Hull a crazy winter you have to pivot. Way can’t we bake when we do so much else in our beautiful kitchen. Cooking caramels, fudge and pralines all day. We now added a smaller version too of the Swedish Princess Cake a longtime classic Swedish. Invented by Jenny Åkerstrom around 1925. She created the cake for Princess of Sweden Margaretha, Martha and Astrid she made a cook book called Princess Cooking book. My grandfather gave my grandma the original copy of the book in 1940 and I inherited the book from my grandmother. This is a big and very heavy book. The book is precious to me and remind me of my heritage and our beautiful Royal Family. The ingredients is very clean spongecake, vanilla cream, whipped  cream, raspberry jam and green marzipan with a pink rose on the top.
