Tomorrow it’s Tuesday and I’ll get to cook my own handcrafted Swedish Sea salt caramels. Fantastic feeling of creating caramels for the candy store. It’s a blessing to be in a commercial Kitchen with all the space and tools. My plan is to make more Sea salt caramels and I’m trying to do Fudge. And I need to make some Swedish Choklad Bollar but with a twist that I learned from Fredrik's Fika a professional baker in Sweden that creates amazing bakery gods.
